The Choson Foundation

The Choson Foundation is a non-profit organization to support the needs of Christian missionary and relief work, and to provide financial assistance to Korean-American students in their higher educational pursuits.

The Cho family – James, Ann, and Patrick, established the foundation in 2002. The family currently resides in Atlanta. Choson Foundation’s chairperson, Mr. James Cho, currently owns and operates AM-KO Building Maintenance, Inc. – a business he started in 1985.

Relief Work

The relief work is a part of the Choson Foundation’s project, but the one carrying it out is God.

Missionary work

The Choson Foundation provides schools and continuous educational support to children around the world who wants to be educated, but they don’t even have a chance because they are poor.

ORGANIZATIONAL STRUCTURE

The Choson Foundation is comprised of a chairperson, a committee to screen and judge applicants, and an operations committee.

The members of the Screening & Judging Committee are changed on an annual basis to ensure the fairness and integrity of the evaluation and selection process.
